I just created a new account because i couldn't remember my old password and i.d.?

My ole e-mail address was in all caps when I CHARLESPOOLE@YAHOO.COM. If you can get me reconnected with my old account and transfer access to my new e-mail address, it will help me to retrieve my password from my work website.
