Surviving from gunshots to the head in a dream?

I had a dream in which my sister and I were seated at a roundtable and an old man walked in and accused her of stealing something from him (but she really didn't). So the man turns and walks away as if he's leaving but stops suddenly, turns around and shoots her twice in the head. I was hysterical and crying and couldn't believe what just happened. And out of nowhere my sister starts doing sit-ups and actually survived the incident....what is the meaning of this weird *** dream?
