Honda xlr 125, getting a spark but not running?

put another head on because the inlet valve broke got it back together getting a strong spark but not running doesn't misfire while trying to start, tried easi-start petrol down the hole put my hand over the air intake cleaned out the tank and filter but nothing. any ideas? thanks jim
