Is this a hysterical pregnancy?

I'm eighteen and just graduated high school. I'm a virgin but I've wanted to have a kid for a few years (I don't know why, always have but obviously haven't). I have had a regular period since I was 13 years old and it has been consistent since I was 14. I've skipped it for 1 1/2 months, which has never happened to me before. And, my back has been aching, I've been very moody, and my feet have been swelling up. I am really afraid it's a hysterical pregnancy. I'm a straight-A student and I don't have any medical problems, I'm perfectly fine. Is this a hysterical pregnancy???
