Is the TV show Scrubs funny?

Several of my friends find the show hysterical, and I simply cannot get a chuckle out of it, I've given it many chances and find the show fun to watch for the story, but I dont find it funny in the least. What do you guys think? While you're at it, my girlfriend thinks SNL and 30 Rock are funny too.
