Microphone pluged in back of speakers and no high volume? Experts please?

Hey Whats...: It's good you get a little volume without a mixer or an amplifier but thats not the best way to do it. There are many ways to do what you want, including plugging into a computer and then plugging your speaker into the green output jack, usually called the headphone jack. To access your mixer, go into control panel and find the audio program. You'll be able to turn your microphone up and down. There's a balance between your mike level and the speakers and be sure to keep you mike behind the speakers, or all you will get is noisey, screechey feedback, which can cause damage to software, hardware and YOUR hearing!!! Good luck.
