What do I do if my bf said he wanted to go to a strip club and not tell me but he didnt go?

Does this mean he might go one time without telling me? or is he trying to fix himself? we are fighting right now. Im 21 and hes 23 I really care about him. But he confessed some things to be yesterday and today and I got upset and hysterical. Do you think he's an animal?
