MSN help retriving a passowrd?

So I have a veryy oldd msn account i mean its been years! So I forgot my password and went to reset.... I typed in the security thingy and the email address i wish to recover but it says that they don't recognize it. When one of my accounts clearly have that account linked to it.. WTF can i do this email address means alot and i need to retrieve the password. By the way, now you ahve to ype ur email and then you select the method you wish to retrieve it by.
