How can i retrieve my password by sending it to an alternate email?

When you go to login there should be some link saying something like Forgot Your Password? Click on it and it should bring you to a page that asks either a security question for you to answer(which you set up in making the email) or it brigs you to a page where you type in the name of the email you're trying to get into. Type it in. Then when making an email usually you are required to put in an additional email to confirm it. Go to that email now and there should be a new message asking to reset your password.
