How to get a condenser mic to record through USB?

I have a CAD GXL2400 mic, and a cheap audio interface i got from ebay. It converts XLR into USB and provides 48V power. When i plug the USB cable into the computer, nothing happens. Nothing pops up or asks to install drivers. And I don't know how to set up recording for audacity, or preferably FL Studio. PLEASE HELP!
